In the first of our three-part series of Sex Talks, we meet Kara Haug, nationally recognized sex educator and an expert on spirituality’s relation to sexuality. Kara’s perspective on removing the shame and sin from sex has made her unique in her field and among her peers. Though our bottle of Viano Chardonnay is truly mediocre, the conversation is anything but, swerving from the necessity of masturbation to the idea that God wants you to have an orgasm. We break our own rule about never discussing religion on the pod because…sex. Who knew?
